Born in Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, Hericko began painting more than 20 years ago. He graduated from the School of Architecture of the Autonomous University of Yucatan, where he also participated as a professor teaching the subjects: Architecture and Environment Workshop, Architectural Drawing and Design. In addition to his oil painting, Hericko developed a technique he calls BURNT INK ®, which is based on ink, catalysts and hot air. Hericko has created various series, such as the assembly of pieces combining ink and gold sheet, the series "Manifestation of Psalms" and "Homage to Pixán".

Nacido en Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, Hericko comenzó a pintar hace más de 20 años. Egresado de la Escuela de Arquitectura de la Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán, donde también participó como docente impartiendo las materias: Taller de Arquitectura y Medio Ambiente, Dibujo y Diseño Arquitectónico. Además de su pintura al óleo, Hericko desarrolló una técnica que él llama "Tinta quemada" ®, a base de tinta, catalizadores y aire caliente. Hericko ha creado diversas series, como el ensamblaje de piezas combinando tinta y lámina de oro, la serie "Manifestación de Salmos" y "Homenaje a Pixán".
