In Yucatan there are many cenotes throughout almost the entire state, there are some that are well known, while others like Cenote Chen - Há are sanctuaries of life where peace and silence rule. This cenote is an ideal place to disconnect from the rhythm of everyday life. When visiting it I was able to appreciate its blue waters of various shades, lotus flowers, fish, lots of vegetation, birds, iguanas and the kindness of the caretaker who is maintaining the place. It is incredible to think that these places arose from such a great chaos produced by the impact of the meteor in Chicxulub more than 65 million years ago.

En Yucatán existen muchos cenotes por casi todo el estado, hay algunos que son conocidos, mientras que otros como el Cenote Chen – Há son santuarios de vida en los que la paz y el silencio gobiernan. Este cenote es un lugar ideal para desconectarse del ritmo de todos los días. Al visitarlo pude apreciar sus aguas azules de varios tonos, flores de loto, peces, mucha vegetación, pájaros, iguanas y la amabilidad del cuidador que está dándole  mantenimiento al lugar. Es increíble pensar que estos lugares surgieron de un caos tan grande producido por el impacto del meteoro en Chicxulub hace más de 65 millones de años.
